Scott has close to 30 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Over that time frame Scott has worked globally with numerous real estate owners, operators, developers, advisors and users of real estate with the objective of maximizing the value of their holdings. This includes providing strategic advice relative to market positioning, improving the underlying operations of the company, and using technology in ways that creates real long term sustainable value. Scott has developed a strong reputation for his knowledge, creativity, integrity and ability to execute.

Executive Vice President at General Growth Properties (GGP): During his tenure at GGP, Scott had responsibility for marketing, customer experience, creative, digital marketing, information technology and infrastructure.
Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal (United Kingdom): Scott had responsibility for the firm's European real estate practice where he advised banks, private equity firms and funds on their real estate related positions totaling over €7 billion.
Chief Operating Office at Cityscape (Lagos, Nigeria): Had overall operating responsibility for the development of mixed use communities in West Africa for projects totaling over $1 billion.
Managing Director at RealFoundations (United Kingdom): Advised numerous real estate companies on how to improve their organizational models, operations and systems.
Chief Information Officer/ Senior Vice President at Equity Office Properties: Scott was instrumental in the integration of the company's various acquisitions and streamlining its underlying operating model.
Partner at Ernst & Young: He advised REITs, developers, investors and retailers on how to improve their underlying operational performance as well as how to incorporate technology into their day to day operations.
Mr. Morey's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He is also the founding member of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity at his university. Scott has been quoted numerous times in the media and can often be found speaking at key industry conferences.
