Linda Huls joins GPG with nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, in both the public and private sectors. She brings a broad range of expertise in accounting, finance, and operations using collaborative leadership to execute organizational change. She has served in organizations at the local, regional and national level and combines this experience with a passion for organizational change in using the right mix of technology and workflow improvements to add capacity and reduce waste in both centralized and decentralized environments.
Ms Huls is experienced in the Homebuilding and Residential Development, Commercial Real Estate, Multi-Family, Retail and Owner/REIT industries leading efforts in business and operational strategy, cycle time reduction and system selection and implementation.
Prior to joining GPG, Ms Huls was the SVP of National Operations for American Residential Communities (ARC) where over three years she was responsible for operational accounting, information technology, national procurement, centralized property management and billing systems including leasing, utilities and titling. Prior to ARC, Ms Huls served as a Director for RealFoundations, consulting for apartment and commercial REITs across the US. Prior to RF, Linda was the National Vice President of Finance for MDC Holdings (Richmond American Homes) and as a Vice President of Finance for the Denver office of KB Home.
Ms Huls completed her Masters in Business Administration at Denver University and has practiced as a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado. She collaborated in published research at the university level and has been a guest lecturer in MBA and executive MBA courses.
