Doug Williams has over 20 years of corporate experience defining, leading, and executing business and technology solutions and practices. His market experience includes large retail REIT, Multi-Family, Senior Housing, Hospitality, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing. Mr. Williams sustains extensive knowledge and leadership experience within corporate IT organizations with direct expertise in strategic planning, project portfolio analysis, program management and budgeting, business process analysis, solution selection and implementation, systems integration, outsourcing, and merger and divesture technology mapping and execution. Doug’s experience is coupled with a broad range of multi-national, national, and venture capital driven organizations.
Doug has led a broad range of business solutions and process improvements at the enterprise and department level including numerous ERP implementations, business intelligence/analytics, large scale software development, CRM, content management, and infrastructure improvements.
Previous to joining One11 Advisors, Doug served as the Director of Applications for CBL and Associates Properties, Vice President of IT at the Lasalle Group, CIO at Layered Technologies, IT Vice President at ClubCorp, as well as other consulting and senior management roles at Verizon and Texas Instruments.
Doug holds a B.S. degree in engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
